Bought a Ducati from them and I live 7 hours away out of state. Never bought anything out of state before. Jake was the sales guy that had helped me out tremendously. He was very very patient with me. When I showed up there, he had the bike already prepped and front and center for me to take. Super nice guy and was very knowledgeable of the bike I was buying. He was very thorough going through it with me and answered as best he could with the crazy amount of questions I had. Even helped me load the bike onto the trailer and taught me how to properly strap the bike in. Finance guy (can't remember his name unfortunately) was very nice and upfront about the numbers side of things. Even helped me out to get a good deal on the bike. Never had such a good experience with a dealership before and was very pleased with dealing with them.

Aaron and the service department staff went above and beyond to help get my extended warranty department to agree to reimburse most of the money to fix my exploded Polaris ranger Northstar. I bought a "covid" machine and it was a lemon. Anything that could go wrong did go wrong. The motor blew up, the front deferential had a spin bearing from day one and was never fixed properly at the shop I purchased it from. The transmission was shot and the clutch granaded a long time ago... I thank Gillomen Innerprizes for the cpu and clutch upgrade... At my expense. Aaron and crew were great. All said and done, I was left with about $4800 to pay from a $23000 bill... New motor, new transmission and new front differential. Thanks guys!

"I was able to call and get on the service calendar quite quickly. which was much appreciated. For this part of my visit, I would rate Motoprimo a 5. I live about 150 miles away, so it was a good ride that required some time (times 2 = up and back). The day of my service appointment, I was checked in when they opened for the day (10:00 AM) and told, for the second or third time, that my annual service appointment should be done in about 1.8 hours. I was also assured by the service advisor that he would keep me apprised of the service findings and timing of completion. As we neared the time when my bike was supposed to be done, I had heard nothing. No communication. I had to go back (more than once) and ask for updates and feedback. It took almost 4 hours for my service to be completed. In consideration of my return ride and other plans for the day, timely updates would have been very helpful. For this reason, I am only providing a 4 rating. "

I just bought a new Yamaha XSR900 from them and could not be happier. Because of delays with Yamaha, I had the bike on hold since February. Where many dealers are charging dealer fees / market adjustments on high demand bikes like this, they not only sold it at MSRP but I got a discount on some new gear as well. Totally amazing experience with my New Scooter experience.

Motoprimo installed the tires I had purchased elsewhere without issue. That very same day I had an issue with the front tire. I went back to them thinking it was a balancing issue. They showed me on the balancing machine how my tire was out of round and faulty. They had a tire in stock and got me back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time. Sales staff was very friendly while we waited for the repair of my bike. Thank you Motoprimo!!

The guys over at MotoPrimo service really helped me out multiple times with an idle issue I’ve been dealing with. They not only were willing to work me and squeeze me into their packed schedule. They attempted a reprogram on my bike and found that my solenoid failed. I replaced the solenoid and came back days later they reprogrammed the solenoid for me free of charge since the first visit was unfortunate. Really appreciate the staff and Aaron making the time to help me out on multiple occasions.

I was driving down the interstate and incurred a non-motorcycle related issue and needed help to prevent some serious damage to my car. They could have sold me some items, but instead Mathew ans Aaron in Parts came out to my car personally and helped give me a temporary fix to get me back home to Des Moines! Amazing customer service! Long story short, brand new Indian Challenger I purchased from a different dealer was having issues. I had a 14 day motorcycle trip planned and the other dealership couldn't get it in before my trip! The reason I bought the bike was for this trip! Call Motoprimo and get to service. Aaron answers and I explain the issues and time crunch. Boom he says bring it in and we will get it figured out. That dude Aaron checks me in when I drop it off and says, give me a few days. Fews days go by, I get it a call saying it's ready! I about dropped my phone. He worked with Polaris on troubleshooting and getting things covered that were under warranty and fixed. This all sounds simple, but it wasn't, I spent hours on the phone between the other dealership, indian and Polaris . The only group of people that got it done and on time was Arron and everyone in service and parts at motoprimo. 100% recommend them! Thank you Aaron!

Took care of us right away, wanted a machine that day and they got the deal done. The neighbors at Leo's South treated us like we were interrupting the stunt show going on. Told salesperson we wanted a 4×4 that day. He said that would not happen anywhere we go. My grandson asked about other dealers, he said there was one around the corner ,glad he let us know. We got our machine and loaded on my trailer about a hour later. Don't waste their time at Leos, just keep going Motoprimo!

It was my first time buying a motorcycle and brand new to riding. The buying process went fine, but what the best experience while i was there was when i was testing my bike in the parking lot, Matt Everett noticed i was struggling with it being the first time riding ever (freshly out of riding class) and he offered to ride my bike home. I happily accepted his offer. He then gave me his number and continued to answer questions about riding and advice while he had no reason to for his benefit. I cant thank him enough!
